Governance
What this platform enforces before an answer reaches an investor. Every list below is read from the code that enforces it, so this page cannot describe a rule the platform has stopped applying.
Topic Governance
What the advisor is authorised to discuss, and who owns each decision. Every topic has a policy, an accountable owner and a review date. Allowed topics are answered; restricted, out-of-scope and escalate topics are declined before the model is called. The built-in rules — never ranking emirates, never asserting zoning or ownership — stay in place regardless.
Add a topic
Match is by whole words, in Arabic or English. Allowed does not confine the advisor — a subject is answered unless a policy says otherwise. Adding the same topic again amends it.
Add to the Knowledge Base
When a site cannot be crawled, add the content by hand. It goes through the same pipeline a crawl does: passages are quality-scored and any figures are proposed for you to accept on the Figures screen. Nothing is published automatically.
PDF, Word, CSV or Excel, up to 25 MB. A scanned PDF with no text layer needs OCR first.
A figure you already trust. It is accepted in your name and answerable at once.
Property Recommendation Formula
How the advisor ranks land for each kind of project. Each factor has a weight; the top matches are the plots that score highest on the factors that matter for that project. Adjust with care. The built-in guardrails — never asserting zoning or ownership — stay in place regardless.
Construction Costs
Indicative build cost per square foot by industry, used in the feasibility estimate the advisor shows investors. Pick an industry to edit it, or add a new one. A change here is reflected in every cost the advisor quotes.
Knowledge Gaps
Investor questions the advisor could not answer become managed cases here — not lost chat messages. Each one is captured, counted, owned and resolved. Add the approved answer, publish it, and the same question is answered next time.
Advisor Settings
How the advisor answers. These apply on top of the built-in rules, which stay in place. Leave a field as the default to keep the current behaviour.
Knowledge Owners
The people accountable for approved knowledge. Add them here, then assign topics and knowledge gaps to them by name.

What the platform is learning
Every question is recorded against the evidence that answered it. What it cannot answer becomes a ranked ingestion backlog - the platform learns what Sharjah should connect or publish next.
